How does delivery work?

We’ll deliver your purchases directly to your home FREE! (excluding rural deliveries).

One of our team members will contact you before delivery to arrange a convenient time.

Standard Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary based on product type and New Zealand stock availability. MyHome commits to shipping anywhere in mainland New Zealand within 10 working days, subject to supplier stock availability.

Signature Required

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, unless you have an Authority to Leave (ATL) arrangement for couriered items at your delivery address. We will work with you or your nominated representative to ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

Delivery Location

Products will be delivered to the address specified on your MyHome Order Form. Standard delivery does not include installation services unless previously arranged.

Can I return my purchase?

Returns are accepted in specific circumstances. Faulty items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply.

What if my product needs repair?

We partner with premium brands. If your product develops a fault that’s not due to misuse, we’ll arrange warranty repair or replacement at no cost to you.
